Rodrigo Elian Sanchez

Expert in Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Commercial and Succession Law

Bachelor of Laws from the Law School of the University of São Paulo (USP, 1998-2002) and a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB, São Paulo Chapter, since 2003, registered under number 209.568.

Rodrigo has a multidisciplinary education, including a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP, 1998-2001).

A specialist in Civil Procedure from the Law School of São Paulo of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV, 2011-2013) and a master in Civil Procedural Law from USP (2017-2020).

Rodrigo continually stays up-to-date by attending courses and seminars in various institutions in Brazil and abroad, including the Negotiation and Leadership course held in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 2013, under the Negotiation program of Harvard Law School.

He has been practicing in the civil and commercial areas since 2003, including business, real estate, and inheritance law. Rodrigo has a vast experience in business, real estate, and inheritance negotiations, as well as in the advisory and out-of-court activities. He coordinates the legal representation before courts and arbitral panels with a combative and rigorous spirit in the defense of interests of our clients.

Marcelo Barretto Ferreira da Silva Filho

Expert in Contractual and Consumer Law

Marcelo has graduated from the Law School of Centro Universitário das Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU, 2004-2008) and has been a member of the Brazilian Bar Association(OAB), São Paulo Chapter, registered under number 282.344, since 2009.

A specialist in Contractual Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP, 2012-2014), he has been practicing in the civil and consumer areas, including advise and litigation, since 2008.

Partner at Elian Sanchez Advogados since 2015, Marcelo joined the firm in 2011. He has been responsible for coordinating the consumer law area, debt collection and recovery, and business disputes, in addition to drafting and reviewing supply agreements.

Marcelo speaks Portuguese, and English.

Eduardo Galvão Prado

Expert in Labor Law

Graduated from the Law School of Centro Universitário das Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU, 2003-2007) and a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter, registered under number 260.327, since 2007.

A specialist in Foreign Trade from Aduaneiras (2008) and in Labor Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV, 2015-2017), Eduardo has been practicing in labor litigation and advice since 2008.

Eduardo joined Elian Sanchez Advogados in 2014 and is a partner of the firm since 2016. He has been responsible for coordinating the labor law team, both in advice and litigation.

He speaks Portuguese.
