Rodrigo Elian Sanchez

Expert in Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Commercial and Succession Law

Rodrigo holds a Master’s degree in Civil Procedural Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a specialization in Civil Procedure from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). With dual degrees in Law from USP and International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), he is an interdisciplinary professional with over 20 years of experience in business, Real Estate, and Sucession Law, backed by a strong background in conflict resolution.

Founding partner of Elian Sanchez Advogados, he has extensive experience in business, real estate and succession negotiations. He coordinates the entire dispute resolution area of the firm with a combative approach, focused on finding the most effective solution for his clients’ interests.

In 2013 he completed a course in Negotiation and Leadership at the Harvard Law School Negotiation Program, in the United States. Rodrigo is also the author of several publications, such as:

Marcelo Barretto Ferreira da Silva Filho

Expert in Contractual and Consumer Law

A specialist in Contract Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a law graduate from the University Center of the United Metropolitan Faculties (FMU), Marcelo has been working for more than 15 years in a generalized manner, focusing on the civil and consumer areas, both in the advisory sphere and in conflict resolution.

He joined Elian Sanchez Advogados in 2011, becoming a partner and coordinating the team in the contract and consumer areas. Advises on contractual, consumer and corporate issues, especially supply and construction contracts. Marcelo also works on Family Law issues, with a focus on inventories and succession planning.

Eduardo Galvão Prado

Expert in Labor Law

A specialist in Labor Law from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV-GVLaw) and a Law graduate from the University Center of Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU), Eduardo has more than 17 years of practice in Labor Law, focused on advising companies. He works in the advisory area, litigation and union negotiations.

He joined Elian Sanchez Advogados in 2014 and became a partner in 2016, when he took over the coordination of the firm’s labor team.

He speaks Portuguese.
